Warranty period
If something goes wrong with your Sanjoya purchase, we will do our atmost to solve your problem as soon as possible. Depending on the seriousness of the defect and the applicable warranty conditions, your piece of jewellery will be repaired, or you will receive a new one (if available). Additional guarantees offered by Sanjoya do not affect the legal rights for you as a consumer regarding warranty and conformity. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect.
Below are some exclusions and deviations from the warranty period and provisions. Exclusions are always carefully assessed by us. If it turns out that there is a manufacturing defect, the regular warranty will of course apply.
The following reasons for a defect are excluded from warranty:
- Damage caused by abnormal use;
- Damage by normal wear and tear.
When does your right to warranty expire?
In case of improper use, water damage, and aggressive (flow) substances that affect the top layer of the jewel.
How to work with warranty and defects?
In order to solve your repair as well and as quickly as possible, we ask you to fill in the Repair Form. On the form you can indicate what the defect is. Then we ask you to send the package with the product by registered mail (for insurance purposes) to: Sanjoya BVBA, Harmoniestraat 142, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium. Registered shipping of packages is recommended due to loss or damage. This is not mandatory. When you return your parcel to us by registered mail, this does not need to be extra insured. NOTE: In case of a defective piece of jewellery, we kindly ask you to enclose the purchase invoice.
The return shipments will be processed and assessed in order of receipt, you will be kept informed of the status. As soon as we have more information, we will propose a solution as soon as possible.
